Terms of Service

1. The service
Tochky is an online service for managing the Google Business Profiles of a company’s locations. These terms apply to every company (“customer”) and person (“user”) using it. A separate agreement with a customer, if any, takes precedence over these terms.
2. Accounts and access
- Users sign in with a Google account. The customer’s administrator invites users and sets their roles and regions.
- The customer connects a Google account that owns or manages its profiles and confirms it is authorised to do so.
- Users keep their sign-in secure and are responsible for actions taken under their accounts.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Content published through Tochky (replies, posts, profile data, photos) must follow the law and Google’s policies for Business Profiles and reviews.
- AI-generated reply drafts are suggestions; the customer is responsible for what it publishes.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service or use it to send spam.
4. Data
The customer’s data belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We work to keep Tochky available and back up its data daily, but the service is provided “as is”. Some features depend on Google and other providers, whose limits and changes are outside our control.
6. Fees
Plans and prices are agreed with each customer. Unpaid access may be suspended after notice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by Google about profiles. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the last three months.
8. Termination
The customer may stop using Tochky at any time. On termination we delete the customer’s data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We will post changes to these terms on this page. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
